According to the latest statistics, U.S spends $2.3 trillion yearly on project or you can say the one-quarter of their gross of any domestic product. If we calculate the amount overall, nearly $10 trillion is spent by this world yearly on all kinds of projects. Computer networking that includes hardware, software or any kind of global team works includes management that can control and radically changed the environment of work.
Project management is the mechanism of arranging and organizing the path, that will be implemented easily and work very efficiently for the whole organization. Every project gets success when it completes its aims and objective that obviously the demands of that project, most of the businesses attain their goals by accomplishing the project needs that help them to their business requirement. As every project is comprised of numbers of activities that formerly demands a lot of workers in it, finite time period of that project, budget either fixed or can be changed as per requirements, and most importantly is deadline time slot. Managers that plans and monitoring these parameters should be well known to this project management knowledge so that they can take a corrective action whenever a project demands.
